Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

【关于安检】：
为保障大型群众性活动安全，请您务必清楚以下禁限带物品，请勿携带入场：
- 禁止携带冷焰火、烟雾棒（罐）、烟饼等各类可燃&冒烟物品、旗杆和各类旗帜/横幅/条幅/标语/传单（包括任何伸缩旗帜旗杆）、酒精或含酒精成分饮品、打火机。
- 禁止携带非密封包装食品（如零食、快餐、水果等非密封包装或已拆封食品）。
- 禁止携坐卧物品（如塑料/金属凳子、大型充气床垫、其他折叠桌/椅）。
- 禁止携带长柄雨伞（可自备其他轻便雨具，如小型折叠伞、雨衣等）。
- 禁止携带硬质发光灯牌、可投掷发光发声应援物、充气物（气球/气棒）、航拍飞行器、专业摄录设备（单反或长焦镜头长度超10厘米）、自拍杆（含三脚架）。
- 禁止携带各类型号材质饮品容器（金属、玻璃、瓶装、罐装、袋装等），自带饮品入场流程繁琐，体验欠佳，安检容易拥堵。若自带饮品请在安检前【饮品-免费换杯点】将饮品倒入官方定制的免费水杯后并在安检前试喝无问题方可带入，饮品容器请自弃或寄存。
其他禁限带物品及须知：
1.禁止携带宠物（导盲犬除外）、大件行李（超过50*36*20cm）、马克笔、油漆笔、激光笔、水枪、玩具枪、仿真枪、自行车、平衡车、滑板、轮滑、帐篷天幕、露营车。
2.禁止携带穿戴有敏感性政治性侮辱性的服装/饰品/帽子/鞋子等物品。严禁将烟花、爆竹、火柴、管制刀具、枪支弹药、散装药品、违禁药品、液压罐装防晒以及其他罐装喷雾类产品、易投掷物品、以及含酒精化妆品在内的常规易燃易爆危险物品。
3.其他国家法定禁止携带物品、大型活动禁止限制携带物品。
4.禁限带物品以现场安检要求为准，请协助和配合安检人员的要求。违规者则可能涉嫌违反《大型群众性活动安全管理条例》。对违反规定的团体与个人，现场安保和相关工作人员有权利制止或责令退场。
关于其他：
-1.2米以下儿童可在已购票家长（监护人）陪同下免票入场，每位家长（监护人）限携带一位儿童。特别提醒：音乐节现场人员相对较多，家长需自行看管好儿童。音乐节现场音响声音较大，6岁以下婴幼儿不建议入场，避免造成听力损伤。
-任何购买、持有或使用门票的观众均被认为已经阅读、理解并接受本须知。所有入场者，均被视为同意被主办方拍摄、录影并传播。
-音乐节现场请注意人身财产安全，文明观演，禁止乱扔垃圾，请自觉保护场地卫生环境，禁止翻越护栏等隔离设施，禁止向舞台投掷任何物品，演出结束后，请按照现场指引和工作人员引导有序退场，请勿拥挤、逗留。如遇紧急情况请立刻联系现场安保人员或前往乐迷服务中心寻求帮助。
