Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

• 兑票时间为9：30-20：00，兑票后即可入园，请勿卡点兑票，提前安排行程
• 入园时间：9：30-20：30。

• 8月29日有效，限入园1次。

VIP观演区680元/张，每张门票仅适用于1人，权益如下：
• 深圳世界之窗全日门票，可游玩景区，景区内另行收费的项目不含，如：电瓶车、极速飞车、萌宠乐园、阿尔卑斯滑冰嬉雪等，具体请参考园内公告
• VIP前排观演区
• 签售会内场名额抽签资格（抽签规则请关注微博傲火文化官方账号）
• 演唱会专属荧光棒 & 周边
普通观演区220元/张，每张门票仅适用于1人，权益如下：
• 深圳世界之窗全日门票，可游玩景区，景区内另行收费的项目不含，如：电瓶车、极速飞车、萌宠乐园、阿尔卑斯滑冰嬉雪等，具体请参考园内公告
