Ticket purchase process
Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

入场须知
观众入场时间为 17:30。建议绿色出行，优先选择地铁、公交等公共交通方式。请携带本人身份证或护照，从北广场检票入口进场，并前往对应座位区域，以便尽快入座。现场将有工作人员或志愿者提供入口及座位指引。
散场须知
大会结束后，现场可能出现人流集中、离场速度较慢的情况，请耐心等候，避免长时间停留，并在工作人员及志愿者的引导下有序离场。
注意事项
特别提醒：请勿通过任何二手平台或黄牛渠道购票，以免购买到假票或无效票。
现场不设寄存服务，请自行妥善保管随身及私人物品。
严禁携带食品、饮料、充电宝、自拍杆、打火机及其他可能存在安全隐患的物品入场；现场将为观众提供瓶装饮用水。
洗手间位于场馆二层，具体位置可咨询现场工作人员或志愿者。
活动期间如需协助，请联系就近的工作人员或志愿者，现场工作人员均穿着统一工作服。
场馆内全场禁烟，包括电子烟。
禁止携带物品清单
现场禁止使用大型设备录音录像，可拍照分享，但请关闭您手机的闪光灯以免影响其他观众。
现场禁止携带宠物。
禁止携带旗帜、旗杆、横幅、条幅、灯牌、灯幅等各类物品。
禁止携带自拍杆（含任何伸缩装置）。
禁止携带或使用激光笔、投影设备。
禁止携带打火机、冷焰火等易燃物品。
禁止携带管制刀具、枪支弹药。
禁止携带易燃、易爆等危险物品及高度酒精类饮品。
禁止携带航拍器。
禁止携带玻璃制品、罐头、食品及各类酒水饮料。
禁止携带长柄雨伞。
禁止携带充气物品（如气球、气棒等）。
禁止携带行李箱（现场不提供寄存服务）。
