3.为避免快递误时，网上购票离演出时间前一周不再提供快递服务，请网上购票观众凭取票码或者身份证等有效证件至广西文化艺术中心售票中心领取。如未填写地址，系统默认为上门自取（取票地址：南宁市良庆区龙堤路25号广西文化艺术中心售票中心；营业时间：无演出日9:00-18:00，有演出日9:00至演出结束，在此时间段内，您皆可进行取票事宜）。

4.请妥善保管订单号、取票密码短信等购票相关信息，以便取票时与工作人员核对。

5.演出票仅限观看当天当场次演出，逾期失效，建议您提前一小时进行取票、并按时入场，迟到观众需等一个小曲目结束后，于曲目间才能入场。
