国家大剧院管弦乐团驻团指挥，天津茱莉亚学院教师。拥有中央音乐学院及美国辛辛那提大学音乐学院乐队指挥双硕士学位，并已完成中央音乐学院交响乐歌剧指挥专业博士课程，师从陈琳、马克·吉布森（指挥）与P.V.多布罗夫斯基（钢琴）等名家。

她的艺术履历兼具深度与广度。在歌剧方面，他执棒了《艺术家生涯》《女人心》等经典剧目，深度参与《阿凡提》《没头脑和不高兴》等国家大剧院原创儿童歌剧的创排。在交响乐方面，自2021年起便频繁执棒国家大剧院管弦乐团，活跃于乐季音乐会舞台。她的国际视野与才华早年即获认可：曾作为最年轻指挥从全球三百余名候选者中脱颖而出，受邀参加琉森音乐节“伯纳德·海廷克大师班”；2018年，她在墨西哥首届OFUNAM国际指挥大赛中荣获第二名及乐团成员票选“特别奖”；2026年，于巴黎第四届La Maestra国际女指挥比赛中夺得第二名。

在音乐教育领域，她自2010年起兼任北京爱乐合唱团（杨鸿年创立）指挥及钢琴艺术指导，并获俄罗斯第九届“尤·法力克-歌唱世界”国际合唱比赛“最佳器乐伴奏奖”。2021年，她受聘于天津茱莉亚学院，负责大学预科部的合唱与弦乐合奏教学。

她于2022年加入国家大剧院管弦乐团，出任助理指挥，并于2025年升任驻团指挥。任职期间，深度参与乐团核心艺术生产，协助音乐总监吕嘉，并与首席客座指挥张弦、郑明勋、丹尼尔·加蒂、瓦莱里·捷杰耶夫、梵志登、劳伦斯·福斯特等众多国际指挥大师紧密合作，由此积淀了深厚的职业乐团经验。
