1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

4.根据《网络交易管理办法》中关于:“其他根据商品性质并经消费者在购买时确认不宜退货的商品，不适用无理由退货。”的规定，鉴于文体演出票品特殊性，演出门票为联网售票，门票和座位都是唯一的，具有时效性、唯一性、数字化等特殊属性一旦票品售出，不支持退换，丢失不补办，过期作废请您在购买时务必仔细核对您的订单信息并审慎下单。(因不可抗力因素导致演出取消或延期除外);请您仔细阅读以上须知，购票即视为同意。

观演观众提供免费停车服务（车位有限，停完及止），观众朋友们仅需要提供演出电子票或购票短信便可在“金沙国际音乐厅-停车场”免费停车，
停车场暂未对外提供停车服务，观演观众特别免费停车服务开放时间为演出当天开演前一小时至演出结束后一小时，其余时间均不对外停车。建议乘坐公共交通工具抵达最为方便。
