1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

观演须知：
1. 本活动为电子票，凭购票二维码到活动现场扫码验证入场。
2. 儿童一律凭票入场，1.2m以下需要有成年人陪同下入场
3. 场地内禁止吸烟（包括电子烟）。
4. 禁止携带旗杆、灯牌、三脚架、自拍杆、小板凳、充气沙发凳等影响他人观演的物品入场。
5. 请自觉配合安检。严禁携带液体、危险物品、易燃易爆物品等入场。
6. 禁止外带酒水饮料与食品。宠物谢绝入场。
7. 请有序进、退场，不要拥挤，不要推搡他人，确保大家的人身财产安全。散场时请仔细检查随身物品。
8. 请不要把垃圾遗留在场内，以确保场馆的干净整洁。
9. 演出期间与他人保持合理距离，如遇不适，请联系现场工作人员。
10. 演出期间严禁使用闪光设备、自拍杆等影响现场观演的器材
