Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

【观众入场须知】

优先入场 & 1V1合影 （本次VIP合影分为演出前、演出后两个批次进行，前100号VIP于演出前进行合影，剩余VIP于演出结束后进行合影)

前100号VIP合影进行时间：17:00-18:00 *未合完的VIP顺延至演出结束后进行
VIP票验票入场时间：18:30 *按序号入场
普通票验票入场时间：19:00 *按付款顺序排号，前200名的乐迷按序号入场，200名之后的序号为无效序号，乐迷现场按先来后到的顺序排队入场
演出时间：20:00开始（结束时间以现场为准）

本轮巡演为杜绝代排行为，入场序号统一由【秀动】系统依据不同支付渠道返回的支付成功时间，依序生成。
注:系统出票时间可能不同于您在微信、支付宝等支付工具中看到的支付时间。具体序号将于后续公布。
现场排队时，请按号码依次排队。若入场时您未在队列中，则视为自动放弃该号码位置，届时请移至队尾，按现场顺序顺延入场。请全程配合工作人员引导，有序入场。
【入场序号查询方式】
1.提前查询：您可提前登录【秀动APP】或【秀动小程序】，进入“票夹”页面查看入场序号及相关票务信息。
2.现场查询：如您通过大麦、猫眼、云村有票、票墩儿等平台购票，也可在现场扫描专属查询二维码，登录后直接跳转至秀动票夹页面，同步查验您的入场序号。
