Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

入场规则：
- 12 岁及以上的儿童须凭票入场；12 至 18 岁的儿童必须由 21 岁及以上的成人陪同方可入场。
- 成人票持有人有责任了解并遵守所有有关最低儿童入场年龄的规定或限制。
- 12 岁以下儿童及婴儿一律禁止入场。
入场须知：
- 所有观众须凭电子票或纸质门票验票入场。每张门票仅限一人入场。禁止任何第三方代为入场。
- 演唱会将于开场前两小时开放入场，具体入场时间可能依现场实际情况调整。
- 座位区观众须依票面对号入座；站票区不设排队序号。
门票须知：
- 入场必须出示有效的二维码门票。若二维码被涂改、撕毁或修改，该票将被视为无效。
- 如门票遗失、损坏、污损或遭窃，主办单位及票务平台均不予补发、替换，亦不承担任何责任。
- 请妥善保管您的门票。
重要提示：
- 演出现场气氛热烈，请您务必根据自身身体状况酌情是否购票参与观演，特别是患有心脏类疾病、急性心脑血管疾病、心肌炎、高血压等相关疾病的人群，请您务必遵照医嘱，结合病史及个人身体状况进行观演，观演期间请自行承担身体健康相关责任。
- 表演场内不准进行未获授权的摄影及录音。观众进入场馆前，须接受手提包/背包检查。
-外来食物、38×30×20厘米(15×12×8吋)以上的包包/行李箱、A4尺寸以上的应援板&手幅、所有专业相机、摄录及录音器材及矮凳/可折迭式座椅均禁止带进表演场内。
-不准携带任何雨伞进入场地。
-场内严禁吸烟，包括电子烟。
-主办方保留调整禁止物品及最终解释权。
