1、官方开抢前24小时内会进入抢票状态（此时不可取消抢票）；

2、下单后，平台商家会根据下单要求进行多轮次代拍，如首次代拍未中可等待后续代拍机会，最终未出票成功，平台会全额退款；

3、代拍成功会在48小时内短信告知，并须按要面价补款，请务必留意；

4、购买后请耐心等待，不要在其他渠道重复购买，以免造成损失。

注意：

1、预留身份信息须与观演人信息保持一致！信息错误导致无法入场的，无法退款处理;
