外婆告诉她，自己不久就要去月亮上了。五色想去月亮上找外婆，于是听了年兽的建议去偷神鸟朱雀的蛋，想孵出小鸟带她去月亮上找外婆。神鸟大怒，火烧人间，天下大旱。
一边是受苦受难的村民，另一边是日思夜想的外婆，五色该何去何从？
