Ticket purchase process
Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.
Performance details
1.本演出采用实名购票，购票时每张演出票均需绑定一位实际观演人的身份信息，请慎重购票，演出票售出后不退、不换。
2.限购说明：单场次单个会员ID限购6张。
3.儿童入场说明：1米以下儿童谢绝入场。
4.入场时间
以现场为准，持实体票检票后入场。
5.演出票作为观众唯一的入场凭证，请妥善保管，若丢失、破损或无法辨认，将禁止入场观看演出。
6.剧院楼层之间互不相通，特别是带孩子的观众，建议为孩子购票时与家长买同一楼层座位。
7.为安保及消防安全，剧院内禁止携带食品、饮料、打火机、鲜花等物品。
8.进入观众厅后，请按照演出票上的座位，对号入座，请勿在演出期间换座。
9.演出期间，请遵守基本观演礼仪，禁止进行拍照、录音、录像。在演出过程中，请不要与同伴聊天或接打电话，共同创造一个安全和谐的观演环境。
异常行为说明
对于异常订购行为，剧院有权在订单成立或者生效之后取消相应订单。异常订购行为包括但不限于以下情形:
1. 通过同一 ID 订购超出限购张数的订单;
2.同一有效身份证件单场次订购超出限购张数的订单。
