当打字机的节奏与炮火声共鸣，1943年的上海滩正在书写中国原创音乐剧的里程碑。改编自韩国现象级IP，《粉丝来信》中文版将故事根系深扎于孤岛时期的上海，在梧桐掩映的租界洋楼里，七个文学青年的命运如琴弦般交织。这里有文学杂志社的油墨芬芳，有战火逼近时的剧烈心跳，更有一封封匿名情书掀起的惊心动魄——当仰慕化作执念，当笔尖滋生谎言，那个被称为"夏光"的幻影，终将在真相撕裂时绽放出震撼人心的艺术光芒。

1943年，上海。一则备受关注的绯闻渐渐传开：刚逝世的小说家金海鸣和女作家夏光的最后一份私人信件即将被公开出版。

而出版人李灵因参与了《朝华》杂志的编辑工作，现被关押在日本宪兵队拘留所。十分崇拜金海鸣的郑微岚找到李灵。

为了目睹这封“粉丝来信”，微岚和李灵开始慢慢回忆起了“夏光”的神秘往事......

时间拉回1941年，公共租界内，作家们组成了“七人会”，坚守着《朝华》杂志。

初入编辑室的郑微岚，心中有一个秘密：他曾以“夏光”的笔名和海鸣长期写信通讯。而在此期间，“夏光”的形象就在他笔下不断完善，慢慢生长……
