5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

- 轮椅席的门票可于2026年2月24日（周二）上午9点（KST）起通过NOL Ticket客服中心（1544-1555）电话购买。（*运营时间为上午9点～下午6点）
- 演出当天确认残疾人登录证（或福祉卡）以及本人身份证件（实物）后，领取门票，未出示相关凭证时，购票人和同行1人无法入场。
- 轮椅席门票仅限现场领取，且以购票人本人领取为原则。（不可代领和转让）
