Ticket prompt
1. Performance tickets are special commodities. Unless the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, the orders are not refundable and can be resold on the platform;
2. The details of the performance are for reference only, and the specific information released by the organizer and the scene shall prevail. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the performance;
3. There is an official ticket to ensure that the sold tickets are;
4. According to the popularity of the performance, there may be a ticket platform you choose to express ticket delivery, home pickup and other ticket collection methods adjusted to on-site ticket collection, please understand;
5.The Platform will try its best to encourage the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is any problem in the seller's ticket payment process, the Platform can coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket size to replace it, otherwise the Platform will refund the seller infull and pay the user according to the compensation method and amount agreed on the order.

【购票须知】
1.不支持退换票:票品为有价票证，非普通商品，其背后承载的文化服务具有时效性、稀缺性等特征，不支持退换。
2.实名购票及入场:本场演出实行实名制购票观演政策，一证一票，观演人需与购票人一致，需携带购票时填写证件验证入场。
3.电子票:现场验票请观演人出示购票APP票夹中电子票二维码验票入场，不支持截屏。
4."未成年人观众”请在购票前经过法定监护人准许，如购票成功并完成支付，默认"法定监护人”授权准许购票，不支持以"未成年人"未经监护人准许等相关理由，申请退票等行为。
5.婴幼儿以及儿童一律凭票入场，不建议高月龄孕妇以及婴幼入场。
6.演出时长以现场为准:受现场不可控因素影响，实际演出时长以现场为准。
