Born Orville Richard Burrell in Kingston, Jamaica and forged through the reggae dancehall underground of Brooklyn, New York, Shaggy is a U.S. Marine veteran turned global hitmaker. The only diamond-certified dancehall artist in music history, he has sold over 40 million albums and surpassed 5 billion streams on Spotify, ranking alongside Bob Marley and Sean Paul as one of the top three most-streamed Jamaican reggae dancehall artists of all time.
