吕继宏，1960年6月27日出生于甘肃天水南河川，中国内地男高音歌唱演员，国家一级演员，享受国务院”特殊政府津贴“
。先后毕业于西安音乐学院声乐系和中国音乐学院研究生班
。中国人民解放军海军政治部文工团副团长，中国音乐家协会理事、第十一届全国人民代表大会代表
。1985年，调入甘肃省歌舞团，1989年，进入海政歌舞团
；1992年， 参加cctv第五届“五洲杯”全国青年歌手大奖赛获民族唱法专业组第二名；1999 年，凭借歌曲《从军报国歌》 荣获全国第七届全军文艺汇演声乐表演“特别贡献奖”；凭借《咱老百姓》（MTV）获中宣部“五个一工程”奖；2003年11月，凭借专辑《国泰民安》荣获“金唱片奖”最佳男演员奖、最佳专辑奖；2007年12月凭借主演的音乐剧《赤道雨》荣获第二十三届中国戏剧表演“梅花奖”
；2009年荣获“人民喜爱的艺术家”荣誉
。2011年荣获由中宣部、中国人力资源和社会保障部及中国文学艺术界联合会共同颁发的“全国中青年德艺双馨文艺工作者”奖。
