苏珊·海沃德（Susan Hayward，1919年6月30日—1975年3月14日），出生于纽约市布鲁克林区，本名埃迪丝·玛莱纳，美国演员。
童年时代向往当电影明星。后来专修时装设计和速记，当过时装模特儿、封面女郎等。成为模特之后不久，制片人塞尔兹尼克曾邀请她试演《乱世佳人》里的斯嘉丽一角，后来虽未成功，她却很快登上银幕，1939年拍了《吉丝特》这部处女作。接着，苏珊·海沃德转辗于各大影片公司，如华纳兄弟、派拉蒙、哥伦比亚、环球、雷电华等，以摩登女郎的形象出现在许多B级影片里。1947年的《毁灭》一片，令她的表演受到评论界瞩目与赞赏，提名奥斯卡最佳女主角。之后《芳心蒙昧》（1949）、《情泪心声》（1952）、《伤心泪尽话当年》（1955）多次提名奥斯卡影后，并以《伤心泪尽话当年》的表演获第9届戛纳电影节最佳女演员奖。直到1958年，海沃德以影片《我要活下去》的表演终获得第31届奥斯卡最佳女主角。
