陶经，中国著名电影录音师。1958年出生。高中毕业后，到上海农场下乡，成为文艺宣传队队员。1978年考入北京电影学院录音系。毕业后，分到天津电影制片厂，以后又调入计划生育委员会宣教中心任职。2012年7月起担任中国传媒大学艺术学部音乐与录音艺术学院教授、硕士研究生导师。任美国电影录音师工会（CAS）会员、评委，美国电影声音剪辑师工会（MPSE）会员、评委。任中国电影家协会高新科技委员会副会长、中国电影家协会声音艺术工作委员会常务副会长。是中国电影家协会会员，中国电影制作人协会理事。并任北京电影学院客座教授、中国传媒大学南广学院戏剧影视学院客座教授。[1]
2012年2月，凭借《金陵十三钗》获得第59届美国音效剪辑工会奖“最佳外语片音效剪辑奖。[2]
2015年9月，凭借《归来》获得第24届金鸡百花电影节最佳录音奖。[3]
