万芳，本名林万芳，1967年7月6日出生于中国台湾，台湾歌手、中广音乐网的主持人以及DJ之一。
1990年发行首张个人专辑《时间仍然继续在走》。1993年她以一首《新不了情》获得关注。2004年在电视剧《冷锋过境》中饰演罕见疾病肌肉萎缩症患者，并获2004年台湾金钟奖最佳女主角。
2008年万芳以公共电视人生剧展《长假》与《不爱练习曲》分别获得金钟奖迷你剧集女主角及女配角奖提名。最后以《不爱练习曲》获得第四十三届电视金钟奖迷你剧集女配角奖。2010万芳在台北河岸留言红楼展演馆开启首场个人百场巡回音乐会“散漫音乐会”。
万芳除了歌唱事业之外，也从事于舞台剧的演出，并主攻剧场、电视、电影以及戏剧等表演领域。
