沃尔夫冈•格罗斯（Hr. Wolfgang Grohs）先生是一位维也纳实力派中年艺术家。他1950年出生于音乐之都维也纳，青少年时代曾以钢琴和作曲在维也纳音乐界崭露头角。1972年毕业于维也纳音乐大学，并在世界著名指挥大师斯瓦洛夫斯基教授（Prof. Hans Swarowsky）的“指挥大师进修班”学习深造，世界著名指挥家祖宾•梅塔和姆蒂均是斯瓦洛夫斯基教授的门下弟子。沃尔夫冈•格罗斯曾先后应邀担任斯瓦洛夫斯基教授的助理指挥，维也纳国家歌剧院乐团指挥，维也纳宫廷剧院乐团指挥和维也纳蒙德剧院乐团指挥、巴登国立剧院乐团（即春之声歌舞剧团）指挥和莫扎特交响乐团（及欧洲交响乐团）的首席指挥。2000年又被越南国家交响乐团聘为艺术总监兼首席指挥。沃尔夫冈•格罗斯的指挥风格非常独特而又细腻，演绎大师作品尤为传神和精确，被维也纳的音乐评论界评为“一个音乐感觉一流的指挥人才，具有极强烈的艺术风格的指挥家。”
