姚若龙，1965年出生于中国台湾，华语流行乐创作人，毕业于东吴大学会计系。
1986年，完成个人第一首填词作品《冷冷的夏》；1987年，为王芷蕾创作歌曲《在这样一个夜里》；1988年，为忧欢派对创作歌曲《如果一定要离去》；1989年，为周华健创作歌曲《不要在梦里想我》；1995年，凭借歌曲《最浪漫的事》获得第六届金曲奖最佳作词人奖[1]；1996年，凭借填词歌曲《永远相信》获得第七届金曲奖最佳作词人奖[2]，同年为张惠妹演唱的歌曲《解脱》填词。
2000年，为孙燕姿创作歌曲《开始懂了》；2004年，担任范玮琪歌曲《最初的梦想》的填词人；2007年，为张韶涵创作的歌曲《口袋的天空》选入日本教材；2009年为郭静创作歌曲《下一个天亮》；2011年为周笔畅写的《对嘴》获得中歌榜最佳作词人奖项；2015年，为电影《小时代4》创作歌曲《灵魂尽头》[3]。2016年9月，为华晨宇收录在专辑《H》中的歌曲《消失的昨天》填词[4]。2017年2月，为孙露创作歌曲《痛快人生》[5]。2019年，为刘鑫演唱的歌曲《最孤独的幸福》填词[6]。
